To use this site you must register, when you register you agree to provide accurate information about your self, and agree to maintain and keep the information up to date for as long as you are a member. If the information you provide is found to be untrue, we reserve the right to remove your ability to use this website, and terminate this agreement.

Your membership is for your sole use only, transferring or ‘lending’ of this account to any other person is prohibited.
Username and Password
We reserve the right to refuse any potential account that contains a username that may be illegal, vulgar, a registered trademark or that impersonates someone else; we determine the former at out sole discretion.
You have the responsibility of the confidentiality and use of your username and password, and agree not to transfer or re-sell your account to any third party. If you believe your account is no longer secure you must immediately change your password, which can be done in the ‘your profile’ section.
Online Conduct

You are solely responsible for the content that you publish on gaypersonals4u.co.uk
Publishing or transmitting of defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, or illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates other parties' rights will not be tolerated.
You will not transmit any ‘spam’ mail, junk mail or chain letters over the service.
You will not impersonate any person.
You will not "stalk" or harass any person, either physically or "virtually".
You will not express any statements that imply that they were endorsed by gaypersonals4u.co.uk without prior written consent from us.
You will not collect personal information about other members for commercial purposes.
You will not supply photos of other people and pass them off as your own.
Payments
If you pay by credit/debit card, cheque or postal order, this is a one off payment for subscription. Your credit card will not be automatically debited to renew your membership, your account will simply downgrade until you make another payment if you wish.
If you sign up for the monthly subscription - your account will be re-billed every month on the date that you upgraded until you cancel. Please allow two working days for cancellation.
Customer Queries
We will respond to all customer queries via email or telephone within 48 hours.
Refunds and Cancellation
Unfortunately there is no right of cancellation or refund after payment and access to your premium membership account.
Limitation of Liability
By registering on this site you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions set out above. Under no circumstances will gaypersonals4u.co.uk be liable for any incidental or consequential loss of data or damages, both physical and psychological.
If you are found to be in breach of any of the terms and conditions, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account. We also reserve the right to start legal action and/or contact the appropriate authorities if deemed necessary.
